Research interests:

Regulation mechanism of autophagy and innate immune response induced by Hepatitis C virus, EV71 and some other important pathogens.

Screening Mycobacterium tuberculosis specific antigens or epitopes recognized by conventional αβT cells and γδT cells through immune repertoire analysis by taking reverse vaccinology strategy.
